ÖBB ist die Einrichtung der Österreichen Bahn. Weil ich habe schon lange noch nicht meine Vorteilscard bekommen, deshalb bin ich heute nachmittags zu ÖBB gegangen, über meine Karte zu fragen. Bevor ich verließ, notierte ich einige Sätze im voraus, damit ich mein Deutsches mit der Sekretärin üben könnte. Entschuldigung, ich habe ein Problem mit meine Vorteilscard. Ich beantrage die Karte um zweiten September, aber ich habe die Karte noch nicht bekommen. Aber dieses Tage werde ich reisen, also Ich weiss nicht ob Sie das Datum für mich verlängern können, oder es andere Weise für dieses gibt. Oder können Sie mir helfen, mein Karte zu überprüfen. Wann kann ich die Karte bekommen?

Morgen werde ich mit dem Zug nach Deutschland fahren. Diesmal habe ich 3 Tage in Hamburg und andere 3 Tage in Berlin vor zu bleiben. he he he~~ super~~

Heute gehe ich auf dem Flohmarkt zu einkaufen. Schaut meinen Einkauf--sehr billig: ein Geschichtebuch(50 cents) und ein sekt Glas (1 euro--zu billig la!! he he he, weil ein neues Glas 18 euro kostet). Danach, wir kaufen im Supermarkt Spar ein. Dort kaufe ich ein großes Eisbein, Wein und eine Dose scharfe Gurke. Deshalb, ich habe ein sehr gutes Mittagessen.

Gestern habe ich im Supermarkt eingekauft. Ich kaufe viele Dinge: noch zweimal Müsli, Äpfel, Orange, Würste, Frühlingszwiebel(das kann ich frühlingszwiebel-Eier machen..he he he), Yogurt, Milch, Toast, Eiersalat, usw.
Wegen des großes Einkaufen habe ich ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Schau mal....Milch, Pfefferminztee, Toast und Eiersalat...so perfekt!!

The weather here is getting colder and colder. The daily average temperature would be around 6 or 7 degree I guess. The photo shows the freezed lawn on the way to my university.....and you can see the surrounding of the leaf is with some small frost.

Since my small pink rice cooker broke down when I first arrived in Austria, I could only lead a very simple life and ate very simple food. But now............he he he....I have a new rice cooker la~
In order to buy a new cooker, I did lots of effort, including asking for my friend Helmut (an Austrian guy who originally told me that there is no such thing in Austria...but finally he found some websites for me and proved that rice cookers still exist in this country), searching the information online, and making the phone call to ask for the price. After carefully comparing with brick channel(at least 45 Euro-- Hong Kong grocery) and virtual channel(21.67Euro--Amazon.de), I decided to buy it online....
See.....how happy I am when I got it on the first day!!

Ich heiße Chih-I Chen. Ich bin 24 Jahr alt. Ich bin jetzt noch eine Studentin und studiere BWL. Dieses Jahr ist mein letztes Jahr als Studentin, und ich entschied mich in einem ganz anderen Land meine Zeit zum studieren zu verbringen, weil ich mich immer für westliche Kultur interesiert habe und Internationale Erfahrung haben möchte. Jetzt bin ich sehr zufrieden über das Leben in Österreich.

In meiner Familie gibt es 5 Personen: mein Vater, meine Mutter und meine zwei Schwestern. Mein Vater und meine Mutter sind beide Lehrer. Mein Vater unterrichtet Mathematik und meine Mutter lehrt English. Meine Mutter ist schon pensioniert, weil sie auf meine Schwesters Baby aufpassen möchte. Obwohl das Baby ein Jahr alt wird, hat meine Mutter wenig Zeit ihr Hobby zu tun, denn meine Großmutter hatte Apoplexia, und braucht jemanden, der sie betreut. Meine ersten Schwester ist auch eine Lehrerin, und sie lehrt English in einer Schule. Meine zweite Schwester ist schon verheiratet und ist jetzt eine Hausfrau.

Ich habe viele Hobbys, z.B. Singen, Reisen, Lesen, Sprachenlernen, usw. Dieses Jahr in einem fremden Land bietet mir viele Möglichkeiten in andere Ländern zu reisen und fremde Sprachen zu lernen. Ich wünsche, dass alles gut wird und dieses Jahr voll von Glück sein wird.

From October 3rd to 9th, I planned a small trip to travel around south-western areas in Austria. I started from Salzburg, then went to St. Gilgen, St. Wolfgang, Hallein, Zell am See, Innsbruck, and the last stop Mittenwald. Among these areas, Salzburg and Innsbruck are more like big cities, and everywhere you can see lots of tourists walking around. Especially Salzburg, all the people I asked for the roads were tourists, not the local residents. As for Innsbruck, though it is not that big, it has the prosperity that modern cities have; that is, busy streets, heavy traffic....and of course, many many people.
On the other hand, St. Gilgen, St. Wolfgang, Hallein, Zell am See, and Mittenwald are relatively small towns, with peaceful atmosphere and more natural landscapes.
The photos show where I have been.......Among these, there is only the ticket from Salzburg to Hallein not included. It is because I bought a travelling package for Hallein that time, including the train ticket, the bus ticket from the train station to salzbergwerk, and the entrance ticket for the salzbergwerk, which totally cost 19.10 euro (cheaper ? I think so), and they took away my tickets when I entered the salzbergwerk :(

Yesterday I took a walk in the hills near my dorm. Actually it was not a "small walk", since it took me nearly four hours, including the time of being lost. Anyway, I know I need to do some exercises, and yesterday was really a beautiful day for just strolling and relaxing in the mountains......
But to be honest, when I went by myself, I still felt a little scary, especially when I was alone is the "small" forrest....the surroundings were all forrest...and no people there. However, after I went higher...got out of the forrest, I saw some people there, and most of them were jogging or took their dogs out for exercise. Along my way, I took some photos...and observed the residents here. Hmmm....I feel that...Austrian are cold actually. I mean..when they see you, seldom people would say hello to you, or even give you a smile...... many people just wear a serious face.....not very friendly actually.....
After this long and relaxing walking(in fact, at last it became very tiring), I should say....I really have a bad sense of directions. I took a long way to finally find my way to the ground. Actually I had no idea that I was already on the ground only after I saw the strassenbahn. Now I know how can I get back to my dorm la....simply just walk along the strassenbahn. But the bad thing is that........there are still five stops long away from my dorm :( Anyway, I still insist to be very economical...and decided to go home by my Nr.11 instead of strassenbahn. Finally I got back to my sweet home...and still had some time left to buy food in the supermarket. (The supermarket here would be closed at five o'clock on the weekend)
OK...as for the photos I took on the hills, I just feel that people here have a great sense of beauty, and they emphasize and have ideas about how to decorate their homes, even just with some simple small things.......this is worthwhile for us to learn.
