Trains in Germany
ICE = InterCity Express
IC = InterCity
Both are fast trains but also expensive, stop only at the big cities
IR = InterRegio
IRE = InterRegio Express
RE = Regionalexpress
RB = Regionalbahn (slowest but stop at every small station)
These ones are the cheaper trains.
In Germany you will get 25% with your Vorteilscard. If there is any problem, you can refer to the program “TEE Rail Alliance”
